OGR Paper — PFAS Free
Food-grade, biodegradable oil & grease resistant paper — engineered barrier performance without fluorochemicals, ready for tightening global food-contact regulation.
Grease stays in. Chemistry stays clean.
KIT-rated barrier (3–12, per requirement) engineered for burgers, fries, bakery and takeaway — printable, compostable and completely PFAS free.
Food wrapped in OGR paper
Fries / takeaway in grease-resistant paper
Bakery items in OGR paper
Team packing / dispatch detail — not full warehouse
Match the Barrier to the Menu
Grease resistance is measured on the industry-standard KIT scale (1–12, per TAPPI T-559). GSM measures weight, not barrier — a light paper with the right KIT chemistry outperforms heavier stock with a weak one. Coatomatic OGR grades are engineered to the KIT level your application actually needs.
Light Duty
Bakery items, breads, pastries, buttered goods, dry sandwiches — short contact, light oils.
Standard QSR
Burgers, wraps, pizza slices, fries and fried chicken over typical 15–20 minute service windows.
Heavy Oil / Long Hold
Heavily fried foods, oily sauces, extended warming and delivery hold times.
Our team validates the right KIT level against your actual menu items and hold times before recommending a grade.
Converter or brand owner?
We supply reels and sheets for converters, and work directly with QSR and food brands on custom GSM (30–60), KIT level and print-ready formats.
